Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order and an invoice detailing your order items. Please check your junk or spam folder in case you haven’t received an email after placing your order.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel your order if you contact us within one hour of placing your order or, if outside of our opening hours, before 12 pm the following working day. If your order has already shipped, please follow the guidelines on our Returns page.

We are unfortunately unable to amend an order once it has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay with Klarna*, PayPal, and wallet payments such as Link, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
