Minimum order values
If you are buying the Kit Heath brand for the first time, our initial minimum order value is £1000 ex VAT /$1200 (goods value). Thereafter, there is no minimum order value.

Bank Transfer

Cheques/Checks
Sterling/Euro cheques/checks and bank drafts are to be made payable to Kit Heath Ltd and sent to: Kit Heath Ltd, Millennium House, Roundswell, North Devon, EX31 3TD, UK.
UK delivery
We aim to process all orders received by 2 pm the same working day. Whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery times are met, this cannot be guaranteed, particularly: for outlying areas; in the event that a carrier fails to comply with instructions; or in the event of industrial action by the carrier.

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (UK time).
Your invoice will be emailed on the day of shipment.
If your order is split to expedite shipping, only one charge will be applied.
Any duties applicable will be covered by Kit Heath Ltd.
Point of Sale (POS) brand materials will be delivered separately, and shipping charged at cost.
