You will be working closely alongside our Senior Graphic Designer and growing marketing team, helping with the design and creation of our digital and printed media campaigns.
Location
Barnstaple, North Devon
Job Type
Full Time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Designing engaging digital content for social media and email marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Support the Senior Graphic Designer in producing printed media, e.g., trade catalogues, point of sale graphics, and consumer brochures.
- Help create and edit video as well as static content.
- Creating and managing purchase orders to achieve SLAs, maximise OTB and minimise terminal stocks, with a focus on inventory management and merchandising for our e-commerce channels, including B2B, D2C, and Amazon FBA.

About You
You are excited and passionate about creative design!
You understand the nuances involved in creating marketing content using a branded tone of voice, tailoring the language, message, and channel by its intended audience, be it the end consumer or a trade customer. You will support the business by delivering engaging, on-brand content to publish across all our channels — including social media, eCommerce websites and email.
You will collaborate with the team in creating content from start to finish, all the way from attending and assisting with photo shoots, to post-process image editing and retouching, ensuring content is optimised and ready for publication.
You will get to learn from working with an experienced Senior Graphic Designer by supporting them in the production of catalogues, as directed by our Creative Director. You will also help with the creation of other digital and printed media requests from our trade customers.
You can research topics, analyse data, and communicate information in a manner that is engaging and easy to understand. You have clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and you have an eye for detail. You are comfortable working to a brief, acting quickly and responsively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role is highly collaborative – you will be based with the Marketing team, but you will frequently be working in step with the wider business and external agencies.
You will have at least 1-year experience working in a similar creative role; you may have focused on one area so far, but you are keen to spread your wings and learn other marketing disciplines.
Qualities We Look For
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere.
- Experience in post-process photo editing and retouching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time/project management skills, with the ability to meet simultaneous deadlines.
- Minimum 1-year experience within a similar creative role.
